Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, read cues, provide personalized service, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and organize stockroom and sales floor.
• Process merchandise, complete markdowns, and ensure stock standards.
• Fulfill customer orders, use store tools for product searches, and handle transactions accurately.
• Operate the register, partner with leadership for escalated issues, and follow asset protection policies.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and support an inclusive team environment.

Required Skills:

• Availability to meet business needs.

Experience:
