Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a DSPM Engineer to implement, integrate, and operationalize Data Security Posture Management across cloud and SaaS environments. You will work with Cloud DevOps, application owners, and security stakeholders to onboard data sources, enforce policies, and improve data visibility and protection.

The role requires strong AWS EKS and Azure AKS experience, plus Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Purview governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Cloud Security or Data Security.
• Hands-on AWS services and EKS deployments.
• Hands-on Azure and AKS deployments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview data governance policies.
• Experience configuring Netskope DLP policies and integrations.
• Understanding of data classification, protection, DLP and governance.
• Kubernetes-based environments and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain DSPM solutions across enterprise cloud environments.
• Integrate DSPM with data repositories in AWS, Azure, and SaaS apps.
• Onboard new data sources; ensure accurate data discovery and classification.
• Troubleshoot DSPM integrations and connectivity with enterprise systems.
• Support DSPM integrations with AWS (EKS) and AKS in Azure.
• Collaborate with cloud engineering to onboard workloads securely.
• Configure DSPM with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Purview policies.
• Maintain Netskope DLP integrations and data protection rules.
• Engage with business and security stakeholders; enforce data security controls.
• Document procedures, designs, and runbooks; monitor and improve DSPM processes.
