Job summary

Next Steps Community Services in New Hampshire seeks a Team Leader Direct Support Professional (DSP) with previous experience to guide individuals with developmental disabilities in group-home settings. The role emphasizes person-centered support, skill-building, and community participation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid Driver’s License.
• Prior experience as a DSP or in a supervisory/lead role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Help individuals become more integrated in their communities and maximize strengths and abilities.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities; provide coaching, teaching, and skill development.
• Support the Next Steps team to ensure high-quality services are delivered.
