Ardmore Enterprises is seeking a Direct Support Professional to help individuals with developmental disabilities live independently and participate in community activities. The role focuses on person-centered planning, daily living skills, and community engagement.
You will work in a residential setting, supporting residents with daily routines, outings, and household tasks. A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license are required, with experience in similar settings preferred.

The DSP, Community Living Services/Residential will be committed to supporting the organization’s mission of ensuring quality support services are provided and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are both respected and afforded opportunities to choose and participate in and access community events, activities, and resources. Staff person provides the day-to-day support that helps a person with developmental disabilities live successfully in their own home and participate in the community.
