Job summary

Business Integra seeks DSP Software Engineers for positions in Chantilly, VA or Fairfax, VA. Roles require 5+ years in DSP software design and implementation across FORTRAN, C, C++, Python, and Java, with Linux and related platforms. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Bachelor's in EE/CS; MS/PhD preferred. Experience with X-Midas and MATLAB is highly valued. These engineers will work on DSP/SIGINT systems, performing design, development, testing, and debugging to deliver high-quality IT

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in design and implementation of DSP/SIGINT software.
• Experience with FORTRAN, C, C++, Python, Java; GUI technologies preferred.
• Knowledge of Linux, VMS, Solaris, Windows environments; X-Midas a plus; MATLAB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software for DSP/SIGINT systems across the full software lifecycle.
• Perform testing, analysis, debugging and integration with hardware and systems.
• Contribute to signal processing algorithms and software tooling.

Digital Signal Processing Software Engineers

• The candidate must have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience in the design and implementation of software for DSP/SIGINT systems. Experience in all aspects of code design, implementation, testing, analysis, debugging. Languages used include FORTRAN, C, C++, Python, Java, as well as GUI related technologies. Experience with X-Midas is highly desired. MATLAB is a strong 2nd preference. Operating systems include Linux, VMS, Digital Unix, Solaris, and Windows.

REQUIRED

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Experienced in LINUX, Java, MATLAB, C, and DSP assembly languages (C/C++/Fortran highly desired). Experience in communications or SIGINT systems development and test.

PREFERRED

• MSEE or PhD preferred; BS required. Knowledge of communications systems theory with strengths in analog/digital modulation/demodulation. Knowledge of signal processing algorithms/techniques -C++ a plus.
