Job summary

Bose Corporation in Framingham, MA is seeking a hands-on DSP engineer to join our Audio Technology engineering team. This junior-to-mid level role focuses on applying DSP fundamentals and designing scalable algorithms for licensable audio technologies across platforms.

You will work with senior engineers and partner teams to deliver robust, portable DSP solutions, including audio signal processing, noise reduction, and microphone array applications, with emphasis on real-world production

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in DSP, audio or speech processing
• Experience developing DSP for embedded or real-time systems
• Proficiency in C, Python, MATLAB; fixed-point a plus
• Familiarity with acoustics and acoustic measurements

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test DSP algorithms for licensable audio technologies
• Ensure robustness, portability and scalability across platforms
• Collaborate with senior engineers and partner teams for delivery
• Support integration and validation on embedded, real-time systems
• Adapt and tune algorithms for hardware/software constraints in licensing
• Assist in evaluating third-party technologies and make-vs-buy analyses
