Job summary

United Care ABA in New York is hiring Behavior Technicians to implement ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This role offers flexible scheduling, in-home and center-based options, and a path from BT to RBT.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with children under BCBA supervision to deliver ABA therapy.
  • Follow treatment plans and interventions to improve communication, behavior, and daily living skills.
  • Accurately record session data and provide feedback to supervisors.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and families.
  • Participate in team meetings and required trainings.
