Job summary

Advance Delivery is hiring a Delivery Driver in Lebanon, TN to represent a trusted Amazon delivery partner and serve the local community.

You will start and end your day at the local Amazon warehouse, delivering smiles across your route while working with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a 4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license (No CDL required).
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds.
• Must pass 5-panel drug screen.
• Reliable transportation to/from warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 200–350 packages per day on your route.
• Start the day at the warehouse and load your delivery vehicle.
• Navigate your route using provided technology to reach customers.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout your community.
• Work independently within a supportive team.

Job Description

Delivery Driver Compensation & Benefits:

• $21.25-23.75/hour
• Weekly performance incentive program
• 4-day workweek, 10-hour shifts starting at 11:30am

What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver:

• Deliver 200-350 packages per day on your assigned route
• Start your day at the warehouse, loading your delivery vehicle
• Navigate your route using provided technology
• Provide excellent customer service throughout your community
• Work independently while being part of our supportive team

Delivery Driver Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license (No CDL needed)
• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds
• Must pass 5-panel drug screen
• Reliable transportation to/from warehouse
