Job summary

Colonial Group seeks caring individuals to assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living independent, fulfilling lives. This full-time role in New Windsor, NY offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a strong benefits package.

You will support daily living activities, coordinate with community partners, and ensure safety, health, and regulatory compliance while documenting activities in electronic systems. Weekend work is not required, promoting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated caregiving or human services experience.
• Must be a team player with strong communication.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license; bilingual English/Spanish or ASL is a plus.

Responsibilities

Location: New Windsor, NY

Pay Range: $19.50-22.00 (Dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday 7:45AM-4:15PM (40hrs) NO WEEKENDS! GREAT WORK-LIFE BALANCE
