In this community-based role, you will assist with daily living skills, personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, transportation, and recreational activities. You’ll promote independence, safety, and inclusion while implementing individualized support plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living skills and personal care.
• Administer prescribed medications following policy and training.
• Prepare meals and support transportation as needed.
