St. Coletta of Wisconsin is hiring compassionate DSPs, Caregivers, and CNAs to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Waukesha and Brookfield. In this community-based role, you will assist with daily living skills, personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, transportation, and recreational activities. You’ll promote independence, safety, and inclusion while implementing individualized support plans. Staff work in small, collaborative teams with strong training, coaching, and growth opportunities in a mission-driven, person-centered environment focused on dignity and quality of life.
