Job summary

Vibrant Health Homecare in Tacoma is seeking caring caregivers to support seniors and individuals with disabilities at home. You will help clients with daily tasks, provide companionship, and promote independence in everyday activities.

Daily shifts are available, with training and ongoing support. Requirements include English proficiency, a driver’s license, and a willingness to be flexible and respectful. CNA/HCA license is preferred, with training offered if not held.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• CNA or HCA license desired; training opportunities available if not.
• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Ability to adapt to new situations.
• Prior experience in senior care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support clients in accomplishing tasks to the best of their abilities.
• Provide companionship and conversation.
• Provide personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs, and feeding.
• Plan and prepare meals for or with the client.
• Ensure clients have taken scheduled medications.
• Provide transportation to and from appointments.
• Assist clients to access community resources.

• Daily: 8:00 AM– 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Support clients in accomplishing tasks to the best of their abilities.

• Support clients to achieve their desired goals
