Job summary

Keenfinity seeks an Engineering Lead to spearhead electrical and firmware design for headset products used in aviation, broadcasting, and high-noise environments. You will lead a team, define schedules, and drive DSP-based signal processing and acoustic testing from concept to production.

The role requires hands-on engineering leadership, collaboration with external design/manufacturing teams, and a focus on cost targets, technical requirements, and product performance.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of product development experience or M.S. with 3+ years.
• Experience with DSP and software/hardware design and integration.
• Circuit analysis and synthesis software familiarity (e.g. electronic workbench).
• Experience with adaptive filtering, noise and echo cancellation.
• Hardware-software integration and debugging methodologies.
• Acoustic design and measurement using appropriate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of electro-acoustic and communications products for professional use.
• Coordinate with external design and manufacturing resources for headset development.
• Develop documentation and specifications for manufacturing and testing activities.
• Contribute to technical direction and product design presentations.
• Assist manufacturing to improve cost efficiency of components.
• Stay updated on patents and current research in active noise reduction.
