Job summary

MOREgroup is seeking an experienced Project Associate to support project management and coordination on educational and public sector projects, with a focus on DSA processes. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and under the direction of a Project Architect to deliver design and construction documentation.

The ideal candidate holds an architecture degree, is proficient in Revit and BIM workflows, and has experience with CAD/documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture from an accredited program or completion of architectural technology program with commensurate experience preferred.
Proficient in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM 360, Bluebeam Revu, and Office 365.
Experience with Navisworks, and AutoDesk FormIt, preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain project delivery schedule and communicate concerns with project team.
Prepare schematic and design development phase presentation materials.
Develop construction documentation and specifications.
Create develop and maintain BIM projects through all phases of project.
Coordinate with consultants utilizing BIM, 2D documentation, and specifications.
Assist the Project Architect in the preparation of request for pricing and review of shop drawings.
Site visits as necessary.
