NewAldaya Lifescapes is seeking a DSA Medication Manager Assisted Living to provide direct care and assist with administering medication in a compassionate, home-like setting. The role emphasizes attention to individualized care plans, accurate record-keeping, and collaboration with nursing staff and families to ensure high-quality resident care.

Candidates must be 18+, CPR certified, and have or obtain a Medication Manager Training Certificate.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medication for assisted living tenants according to care plan
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living including dress, changing, personal cares, housekeeping, laundry and meals
• Ensure accurate and timely medication administration, including tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with nursing staff, families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication administration logs
• Monitor and report any medication-related issues or concerns

About the Role:

As a DSA Medication Manager Assisted Living, you will be responsible for providing direct care with all the activities of daily living as well as assist with administering medication. This critical role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of care. You will ensure that medications are administered in accordance with our residents' individualized care plans, while also maintaining accurate records and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medication for assisted living tenants according to care plan.
• Provide assistance with activities of daily living including dress, changing, personal cares, housekeeping services, laundry services, and service of meals.
• Ensure accurate and timely medication administration, including tracking and reporting
• Collaborate with nursing staff, families and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including medication administration logs
• Monitor and report any medication-related issues or concerns

Must be at least 18 years of age

CPR is required

Medication Manager Training Certificate required or must be obtained

Current openings:

We have openings on 1st and 2nd shift both Full time and part time opportunities. Must be available to work a set schedule with an every other weekend schedule.
