Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of construction experience in home services, drywall or painting preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform measurements and basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience with safely operating basic hand and power tools.
• Willingness to learn new skills and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., occasionally overhead.
• Dependable, reliable and committed to consistent daily attendance.

Responsibilities

• Develop trade skills in drywall repair, installation and painting
• Assist skilled technicians with drywall and painting projects
• Load and unload materials, tools and equipment
• Prepare job sites and maintain cleanliness in customers' homes
• Learn to use proper drywall tools to apply materials, and techniques
• Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
• Work comfortably and safely at elevated heights, including climbing and working from ladders and scaffolding
• Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members
• Assist the crew with measurements and material preparation and job-site organization
