Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Drywall Superintendent to oversee daily job-site operations, scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. The role supervises direct labor and coordinates contracted work to ensure on-time completion.

The candidate will coordinate plans, verify deliveries, review change orders, manage on-site activities, ensure compliance with codes, and schedule personnel and resources to meet daily tasks, maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5 years construction experience in drywall and cold formed metal framing.
• Ability to read blueprints and design requirements.
• Understands/complies with building codes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good management and administrative skills.
• Excellent problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Carefully coordinate plans and specs using marketplace programming standards.
• Efficiently record/reject incorrect deliveries of material to site.
• Review and investigate Proposed Change Order Requests (PCOR).
• Supervise onsite operations and support the organization of activities and progress tracking.
• Ensure work and activities are completed in accordance to local codes and regulations.
• Plan and schedule employees, equipment and supplies to complete daily tasks.
• Perform project takeoffs and coordinate the purchasing of supplies and materials.
• Ensure quality of installation meets specified requirements and company standards.

DRYWALL SUPERINTENDENT

Summary:

The Superintendent is responsible for the daily operation of a job site, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. Supervises all direct labor positions on the assigned project. Manages and oversees any contracted work on the site to ensure successful project completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
