Qualifications

• Residential drywall repair and patching experience required.
• Ability to match textures and perform paint touch-ups.
• Own tools and reliable transportation with valid driver's license.
• Capable of working in occupied homes with care for client property.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs, patches, and surface corrections on residential projects.
• Match existing wall/ceiling textures as closely as possible.
• Operate texture hopper and drywall finishing tools.
• Mudding, sanding, and prep for paint; apply interior touch-ups and repainting as needed.
• Complete punch-list items and protect finished surfaces and client property.
• Travel between Las Vegas area sites; assist with minor finish carpentry when required.
