Job summary

PatchitUP Corporate in Smyrna, TN is seeking a Drywall Repair Technician Helper/Apprentice to support the lead technician in repairs and installations. You will prepare surfaces, measure and install drywall, and assist with taping and mudding to achieve a smooth finish.

Qualifications

Previous experience in drywall repair or related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of drywall repair techniques and materials.

Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials and equipment.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist the lead Drywall Repair Technician in all aspects of drywall repair and installation.
Prepare surfaces for repair by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
Measure, cut, and install drywall according to specifications.
Assist in taping, mudding, and sanding seams to ensure a smooth finish.
Perform minor carpentry work as needed to support drywall installations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
