Job summary

Sedona Staffing Services is seeking reliable General Construction Workers to join our production team in Lancaster, WI. The ideal candidate will assist in assembling, installing, and finishing manufactured and modular homes in a factory setting.

On‑the‑job training is provided for candidates with related trades experience or a strong willingness to learn. This position involves reading blueprints, following work orders, and using hand and power tools safely.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior construction or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic understanding of measurements.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to learn multiple trades and perform varied tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.

WAGE: $18+/HOUR
