This role requires utilizing hand and power tools, with responsibilities including installing drywall, working on ladders, and training peers. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in construction and be able to manage lifting weights up to 75 pounds. Qualifications

• 2 or more years of experience in construction work.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Demonstrated consistent attendance and strong performance.

Responsibilities

• Carry and place drywall on walls and ceilings.
• Use nail and screw guns to fasten drywall.
• Work on scaffolding and ladders.
• Provide training support to less experienced employees.

Skills

Experience using hand tools and power tools

Ability to work independently and stay on schedule

Ability to lift building materials (5 to 75 pounds)
