Job summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking an experienced handyman to join our Cypress, Texas team. The role requires owning your own tools, having a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights.

A clean background and driving record are required. You’ll work with a company that provides a van, scheduled back office support, an iPad, uniforms, and paid holidays and vacations, with base pay plus sales-based commissions.

Qualifications

• Live within 15 miles of Cypress-Copperfield area.
• 10+ years’ experience as a paid handyman.
• Own your own tools.
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle and have a driver’s license.
• Complete a background and driving record check.
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently.
• Able to work safely at heights and overhead for extended periods.

Job Requirements These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

• Live within the area 15 MILES MAX from Cypress-Copperfield area.
• Have 10+ years’ experience as a paid handyman
• Own your own tools
• Be insurable for driving our vehicle and have a drivers license.
• Complete a background and driving record check
• Able to lift 50 pounds independently
• Able to safely work at heights and work overheard for extended periods of time

As an experienced Handyman, you have strong proficiency in at least three (4) of the following:

• Drywall work, minor and major repairs
• Carpentry work
• Bathroom improvements
• Kitchen improvements
• Painting, both inside and out
• Light plumbing and electrical, where allowed by law
• Floor installation and refurbishing
