Job summary

Tradesmen International is seeking skilled drywall professionals for current and future projects around Baltimore, MD. Most positions are first shift with pay up to $35/hour based on experience and skill.

If you are a drywall finisher, you will work alongside proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior workmanship to advance your career. Responsibilities include hanging, finishing, measuring, cutting, fitting drywall, and preparing surfaces to high standards.

Qualifications

• Previous drywall experience is required.
• Tools for the trade must be available and in good working order.
• OSHA 10 is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Hang and finish drywall.
• Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets for walls and ceilings.
• Position and secure drywall sheets to studs (metal or wood).
• Cut and install metal corner beads to protect exterior corners.
• Fill joints, holes, and cracks with compound using a trowel or broad knife.
• Sand and smooth dried compound for a clean finish.

Most positions are first shift with a pay range up to$35/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope

• Hang & Finish Drywall
• Measure, Cut, and Fit Drywall Sheets for Installation on Walls and Ceilings
• Position and Secure Drywall Sheets to Metal or Wooden Studs
• Cut and Install Metal Corner Beads to Protect Exterior Corners
• Fill Joints, Holes, and Cracks with Compound using a Trowel and/or Broad Knife
• Smooth out Excess Compound and Sand over Dry Compound

Requirements

• Previous Drywall Experience
• Tools for the Trade
• Proper PPE must be worn
  • OSHA 10 is Preferred
