Qualifications

Previous experience taping and mudding drywall.
Experience producing both smooth and textured finishes.
Ability to sand and prepare drywall for painting.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining productivity.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
Ability to lift, carry, and work in physically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

Tape, mud, texture (as required), and finish drywall to Rally Construction Group quality standards
Inspect finished surfaces and correct imperfections before paint or builder inspections
Sand dried joint compound to create smooth, paint-ready surfaces
Maintain productivity while delivering high-quality workmanship
Work collaboratively with field crews to meet project schedules and builder deadlines
Keep work areas clean and organized while following company safety standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding job progress and material needs
