Ideal candidates have 3+ years of experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with site leads while upholding safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional drywall taper/finisher experience.
• Expertise in drywall finishing from patching to Level 4/5 finishes.
• Ability to travel to multiple job sites weekly/daily.

Responsibilities

• Prep and finish wall surfaces to ensure cleanliness and readiness for daily operations.
• Transport and apply drywall compounds, tape, and texturing materials safely.
• Work independently to meet daily production goals and adapt to site needs.
• Coordinate with site leads on material needs and project status.
• Finish residential and commercial spaces with high-quality results.
• Protect property and maintain site safety according to OSHA.
