Job summary

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG) is seeking a skilled Restoration Drywall Finisher to support customers and the team with a joyful and urgent approach. The role covers drywall repair, texture matching, and finishing to a paint-ready surface on projects from start to finish.

You will work closely with the production crew, communicate needs and updates, and uphold SRG's quality standards with attention to detail and a service mindset.

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience with multi-trade capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drywall repair and finishing: patching, hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, blending for a smooth finish.
• Texture matching to replicate existing wall and ceiling textures.
• Communicate with production team and customers about updates and needs.
• Self-management of time and workload, resolving issues impacting quality or deadlines.
• Quality control: inspect finished work to meet standards before moving to the next phase.

Southeast Restoration Group (SRG), a faith-based company, is seeking a skilled, resourceful, and open-minded Restoration Drywall Finisher ready to serve our customers and team with a joyful and intentional sense of urgency. This role requires hands-on problem solving and expert drywall repair and finishing skills to handle projects from start to finish while delivering the highest level of professionalism on site.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities

• Drywall Repair & Finishing: Perform drywall repairs and installations including patching, hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, blending, and finishing walls and ceilings to achieve a smooth, paint-ready surface.
• Texture Matching: Accurately match and replicate existing wall and ceiling textures, ensuring seamless repairs that blend with surrounding surfaces.
• Communication: Maintain excellent communication with the production team regarding job updates, material needs, and task completion, as well as clear and respectful communication with customers.
• Self-Management: Manage your time and workload efficiently while proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact project quality, timelines, or customer satisfaction.
• Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure repairs meet company quality standards and customer expectations before transitioning projects to the next phase of reconstruction.
• Attention to Detail: Consistently process and apply detailed information accurately, taking pride in precise workmanship and clean, professional finishes.

Qualifications
