Job summary

Blue Line Drywall & Builders is seeking a reliable General Laborer to support our drywall installation crews on residential and commercial projects. This position is stationed at a jobsite in Long Branch, NJ.

The ideal candidate is dependable, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities include assisting installers and foremen, loading and transporting materials, preparing job sites, and maintaining safety.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple job sites.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• OSHA training (10/30+) required.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and climb for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well on a team.
• Willingness to work at various job sites in the area.

Responsibilities

• Assist drywall installers and foremen with daily tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport drywall materials and tools.
• Prepare and organize job sites before and during projects.
• Assist with measuring, cutting, and positioning drywall.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on site.
• Remove debris and dispose of construction materials.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Collaborate with crew to complete projects on schedule.
