Clariant is seeking a Maintenance Associate to operate loaders and forklifts (when certified) and support daily maintenance tasks at our facility in New Mexico. You will inspect equipment, perform repairs, and keep accurate records using paper and digital systems.

Join Clariant's team and help keep our operations safe, efficient, and running at their best. You'll operate loaders, lifts, and forklifts (once certified), support maintenance tasks, and perform equipment inspections. Working closely with the maintenance team, you'll handle repairs, adjustments, and cleaning duties using a variety of hand and power tools. You'll also maintain accurate records through paper and digital systems. After six months, you'll share your knowledge by helping train new team members, contributing to a collaborative and safety-focused workplace.
