Job summary

Drybar in Virginia is seeking energetic stylists for full-time and part-time shifts, including Saturdays, with hours from 7AM to 1PM. No cuts or color—just blowouts—and we focus on delivering the best blowouts with hands-on training.

We offer paid training in blowouts, braids, updos & extensions, monthly classes, and education with a full-time educator. Earn $21-$30+ per hour plus tips and commissions with no earning ceiling.

Qualifications

• Virginia cosmetology license strongly preferred.
• Cosmetology students with 1,300+ hours encouraged to apply!
• Passionate about learning, delivering exceptional client experiences, thriving in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide blowouts and finishing techniques to clients.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences and maintain a positive team atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing education and coaching sessions to improve skills.
