Job summary

Healthcare Linen Services Group in Batavia, IL is seeking a Dryfold Feeder for a full-time hourly role. You will pick up dry linen and feed items into dry fold machines, following standard operating procedures to meet quality and production standards.

Must be able to stand up to 10 hours, push/pull linen carts up to 800 lbs, lift up to 40 lbs, operate a computer/printer, and consistently meet physical requirements such as bending and twisting. Cross-train in other production areas as needed.

Qualifications

• Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day
• Be able to push/pull linen carts up to 800 lbs (in wheels)
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs
• Be able to operate computer/printer
• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending and twisting

Responsibilities

• Picks up dry linen and feeds an item into various dry fold machines
• Follows standard operating procedures for each machine
• Inspects each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wears
• Must meet quality and production standards
• Cross-train in other positions per production needs
• Work past the schedule as production issues may arise
