Dry Goods is seeking a Sales Associate who stays current with fashions and trends, inspiring customers to create their own personal style. You’ll deliver one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean, exciting store.

You’ll own the customer experience from greeting to thanks, develop relationships to grow the business, and help maintain a visually appealing store while executing POS transactions, stocking, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and own the customer experience.
• Develop relationships to grow the business and repeat visits.
• Achieve individual sales and contribute to account goals.
• Highlight product knowledge to enhance the customer journey.
• Ring POS transactions and manage customer accounts.
• Unpack and display stock to maintain a fresh, organized floor.
• Maintain a visually appealing, clean store and be flexible with day/evening/weekend shifts.
