Job summary

Dry Goods is seeking a Dry Goods Keyholder to support store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences in Portage, MI. You will greet customers, execute sales duties, and help maintain an inviting, organized store.

You’ll develop relationships to grow business, highlight product knowledge, and assist with new hire training while opening/closing the store and working day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Willing to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Able to open/close the store and manage basic operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide one-of-a-kind service.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and meet sales goals.
• Unpack and display stock; keep store clean and inviting.
• Assist with new hire training and in-store merchandising.
• Open and close the store as needed and work flexible hours.

As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you play an important role in supporting the management team with store operations. Your focus is to provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
