Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at our West Des Moines location to support the store manager in motivating associates and delivering a high-quality shopping experience.

You will help create customer engagement by sharing product knowledge and ensuring a clean, exciting store environment. You will lead by example, coach teams, grow store business, and balance operations with customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management or supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff.
