Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service and help customers create their personal style.

You’ll share product knowledge, build relationships, and maintain a clean, exciting store environment. The role requires leading by example, coaching teams, and handling a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts

Job description

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.

The expected base wage for this Minnesota based position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
