Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates and delivering outstanding customer service. You will help guide daily operations and share product knowledge to create a personal style for customers.

This role involves coaching team members, meeting sales goals, and developing solutions to customer needs. Expect varied shifts including day, evening, and weekend hours, a focus on growth from within, and comprehensive benefits.
