Job summary

Dry Goods is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in New Jersey to support the store manager by motivating associates to deliver outstanding customer service and helping customers create their personal style. You will lead by example, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, exciting store environment.

In this role you’ll train and coach staff, grow store business, and ensure sales goals are met while fostering career growth within the company. Overtime eligible at base wage $18.00–$20.00/hr.

The expected base wage for this New Jersey based position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
