Qualifications
3+ years of experience in the magnetic recording head, hard disk drive, or semiconductor industry as a Process Engineer.
Experience in plasma etch process development preferred.
Experience working in a wafer fab manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Develops and implements new dry etch processes for magnetic recording heads.
Implements process control schemes to ensure manufacturability.
Conducts experiments and analyzes data for performance improvement.
Skills
Knowledge of semiconductor or HDD industry principles
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Ability to analyze data from SEM, TEM, FIB tools
Effective communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Physics, or Electrical Engineering
