Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Drupal Developer to support a large-scale Drupal multisite platform serving Maine state agencies. The role emphasizes maintenance, support, and new feature development within a standardized Drupal environment.

A hybrid work setup requires three days onsite per week. You will write clean, reusable Drupal code, participate in code reviews, and ensure WCAG-compliant accessibility across sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Drupal development experience including custom modules, hooks, and configuration management.
• Strong PHP skills and Drupal API familiarity.
• Twig templating experience and frontend integration skills.
• Frontend development with HTML, SCSS/CSS, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Write efficient, reusable Drupal code aligned with best practices.
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide validation.
• Perform ongoing maintenance and support for Drupal multisite platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and defects.
• Implement accessibility fixes per WCAG 2.1/2.2 standards.
• Develop and maintain Drupal 9/10/11 sites in multisite architecture.
• Build, enhance, and maintain Drupal features including modules, themes, and configurations.
• Implement frontend solutions using Twig, SCSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and other developers on components and fixes.
• Contribute to platform improvements to reduce maintenance issues.
• Track work in JIRA.
