Job summary

CGS is seeking a Drupal Developer to support a wide-ranging federal initiative. You will build and maintain Drupal sites, craft custom themes and modules, and work closely with users to capture requirements. The role embraces Agile Sprint teamwork and rapid learning of new technologies to keep delivering value.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Drupal (incl. Drupal 8/9), strong PHP/MySQL/HTML/JQuery skills, and experience with CI/CD, Drupal content modeling, and gov’t-friendly practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of Drupal experience.
• 3+ years in Drupal 8/9.
• 5+ years of PHP, MySQL, HTML, JQuery.
• 3+ years of Drupal content modeling and site governance.
• 5+ years of CSS, Sass, and USWDS.
• 3+ years of OEL, REHL, and CentOS.
• Experience with Apache.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/Agile Methodology.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with Drush/Composer.
• Ideally, experience with Government software development policies.
• Client-facing communication experience.
• Federal Agency issued security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Site building, administration, and maintenance of Drupal sites.
• Develop custom Drupal themes and modules.
• Collaborate with users to understand requirements.
• Work within Agile methodology to support Sprint teams.
• Learn new technologies or off‑the‑shelf software quickly.
• Assist backend and frontend developers to collaborate effectively.
