Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Drupal Developer to support a large Federal agency, focusing on site building, custom themes, and Drupal governance. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to translate user requirements into scalable Drupal solutions in an Agile setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on Drupal engineering, front-end/back-end coordination, and a strong push toward learning new technologies within a government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field required.
• 3+ years of Drupal experience.
• 3+ years with Drupal 8/9.
• 5+ years with PHP, MySQL, HTML, JQuery.
• 3+ years of Drupal content modeling and site governance.
• 5+ years of CSS, Sass, and USWDS.
• 3+ years of experience with OEL/REHL/CentOS.
• Experience with Apache.
• Experience with Google Analytics.
• Experience with Azure DevOps/Agile methodologies.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with Drush/Composer.

Responsibilities

• Site building, administration, and maintenance of Drupal sites.
• Develop custom Drupal themes and modules.
• Work closely with users to understand requirements.
• Work within Agile methodology with Sprint teams.
• Learn new technologies or off-the-shelf software quickly.
• Collaborate with back-end and front-end developers.
