Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a seasonal support associate to greet customers, qualify needs, match to products, and close sales. You will help maintain displays, learn GC certification, and support store operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are available nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong customer-service mindset and attention to detail. Musical instrument knowledge is a plus.

• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Pay Rate: Starting at $13.00/hr depending on background and experience.

As our Seasonal Support, you will serve as the face of Guitar Center in the store, greeting customers, qualifying their needs, matching their need to the right product, and pitching and overcoming objections to close the sale.

• Selling: Able to work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
