Job summary

DISA Global Solutions is seeking a Representative I, Drug & Health Services to perform donor drug, alcohol, and health testing. The role includes driving to client sites, collecting samples, and following DOT and Psychemedics guidelines for various testing procedures.

You will need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and be prepared to obtain DOT Urine Specimen Collector, DOT EBT, and DOT Hair Collection certifications within two weeks of employment.

• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Obtain DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification within two weeks of employment.
• Obtain DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) certification within two weeks of employment.
• Obtain DOT Hair Collection certification within two weeks of employment.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to client locations and perform drug tests.
• May perform collections following DOT guidelines, including direct observation and oral swab collection.
• May perform breath alcohol testing following DOT guidelines.
• May perform hair collections following Psychemedics guidelines.
• May perform pulmonary function testing and related OSHA-compliant procedures.
• Perform lab work and basic health checks as required.
• Follow safety and quality procedures and assist with other duties as assigned.

Sight and hearing. Walk, sit, stand, use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Lift up to forty (40) pounds frequently.
