Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, track, and file potential adverse event (AE) information.
• Monitor incoming AE information and assemble data for team meetings.
• Enter reports into tracking log and determine initial/follow-up/duplicate status.
• Remove confidential patient information from source documents.
• Record protocol and site/patient numbers on source documents.
• Provide reports to the case owner.
• Identify, track, and file potential adverse event (AE) information.
