Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification or plan to obtain within two weeks of hire.
• DOT EBT certification or plan to obtain within two weeks of hire.
• Hair Collection Training Certificate or plan to obtain within two weeks of hire.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs drug screen and may perform related collections following DOT guidelines.
• Performs breath alcohol testing and hair collections as required.
• Maintains safety procedures and accurate documentation for all tests.
