Qualifications

• Retail or general merchandise operations experience preferred.
• Inventory systems and merchandising standards knowledge preferred.
• Ability to review sales and inventory data to guide department planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Drug and GM departments with focus on customer service and in-stock conditions.
• Execute planograms, promotions, ad programs, and seasonal transitions on time.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and backroom areas.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy while minimizing shrink.
• Support customers with product questions and locating merchandise.
• Provide daily direction, scheduling, training, and coaching to Drug/GM associates.
