The Drug & Alcohol Coordinator/MRO Assistant is responsible for overseeing the Drug and Alcohol program and supporting the Medical Review Officer (MRO). This role involves being the initial contact for drug screening clients, collecting client information, managing specimen collection, packaging, shipping, maintaining the client database, and communicating with clients about services and employee random selection. Accurate data entry for billing in the EMR system is also required.
The MRO Assistant supports the Medical Review Officer by processing, verifying, and reporting drug test results, assisting clients, staff, and patients as needed.
