This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in‑office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company. A second preferred location would be based out of our Seattle Showroom in Seattle, Washington.
The Drop Ship Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing drop ship operations by managing vendor relationships, monitoring order fulfillment performance, analyzing supply chain data, and ensuring seamless customer experience. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and external suppliers to drive operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and on‑time delivery. The analyst leverages data and reporting tools to identify trends, resolve fulfillment issues, improve vendor compliance, and support strategic initiatives that enhance the overall drop ship program. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and skilled at working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced retail, e‑commerce, or supply chain environment. Success in this role requires strong problem‑solving abilities, data analysis expertise, and the capability to translate operational insights into actionable recommendations that improve service levels, reduce costs, and support business growth.

Salary Range: $81,190 - $135,800 *Pay decisions are determined by multiple factors, including what the market is paying, a candidate’s capabilities and skills, years of experience, and internal equity.
