Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Drop and Soft Count Team Member in Mescalero, NM. You will collect and replace slot drop buckets, count table and slot drops, and record cash counts in accordance with ICS and casino procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to obtain a gaming license, and preference for Mescalero Apache tribal candidates. Expect a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork and customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• Mescalero Apache Tribal preference, bicultural experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Removes and replaces slot drop buckets and bill validator currency drop boxes, one slot/gaming machine at a time.
• Transfers slot drop buckets, escorted by security, to a locked count room where the buckets are secured.
• Sorts and counts contents of table games and card games drop boxes and slot currency acceptor drop boxes, one box at a time.
• Wraps currency and reconciles to computer terminal tapes at end of count process.
• Responsible for general upkeep and neatness of count room, and for reporting to Soft Count Team Supervisor any needed repair and/ or maintenance to count room equipment.
• Adheres to regulatory, departmental and casino policies and procedures, and to the Casino Internal Control Structure (ICS).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.
