Job summary

Zipline is seeking an engineering intern to join the Systems Modeling Team. You will develop computational tools to automate high-level design trades and optimizations, while improving simulation frameworks and building physics-based models for aircraft performance simulations.

You will analyze test data to validate vehicle component models and contribute to architecture decisions at the aircraft and fleet level, gaining hands-on experience in a high-impact, fast-growing field.

Qualifications

• Basic physics, energy, heat transfer, and dynamics concepts applied to system design.
• Familiarity with programming and simulation for modeling and data analysis.
• Interest in multidisciplinary challenges and robust tradeoffs.
