Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas in Houston, TX seeks a Ground Handler Tier 1 to support a fast-paced fulfillment and drone delivery operation. You will handle picking, packing, quality control and loading packages onto delivery aircraft, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail, warehouse or logistics, are comfortable working outdoors and lifting up to 35 lbs, and eager to grow into leadership roles within the Operations team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a fast-paced environment such as retail, warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, distribution, or similar operations.
• Experience with picking, packing, inventory, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or other operational processes is helpful but not required for candidates with transferable experience.
• Leadership potential with a drive to grow into additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately according to SOPs.
• Perform quality control checks for weight, accuracy and quality.
• Load approved packages onto delivery aircraft safely.
• Prepare the site for daily operations with a clean, organized workspace.
• Support inventory management with daily counts and stock accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Assist the Operations Team Lead to maintain efficient workflow.
• Uphold safety standards and follow SOPs with attention to detail.
